Services & pricing — Lantern Yard, Raleigh
tired of viz studios that hide the price until after the sales call?
We won't play that game. Every deliverable we make is below — with a real starting number next to it. Read it, pick what your pitch needs, and send us the plans.
what the price includes
the number already covers the parts other studios bill extra for.
No “revision packs,” no file-release fee, no watermark held hostage until the invoice clears. Every starting price above already includes the things that should never be add-ons:
- Two full revision rounds — framing, light, materials and staging, until the frame earns its place in the deck.
- 4K print-ready delivery — sized for billboards, brochures and planning submissions out of the box.
- Full usage rights on final payment — the files are yours, forever, for every channel.
- A delivery date in writing — quoted before we start, and flagged fast if anything threatens it.

three ways to show up to market
Buying frames together beats buying them one at a time. Pick the shape of your launch — then tell us what makes your building worth walking into.
For the teaser, the planning board, or the social post that has to work before anything else exists.
- 1 exterior still
- 2 revision rounds

The set a sales suite actually runs on — enough frames to fill a brochure, a hoarding, and a listing.
- 3 exterior stills (1 at dusk)
- 2 interior stills
- 1 aerial site plan
- 2 revision rounds · 4K · full rights
When the deal is big enough that buyers need to move through it — not just look at a frame.

- 75s animated walkthrough
- 1 VR-ready model
For firms with a pipeline, not a single building. Priority slots and a locked per-view rate across every project.

the honest answers
the questions you'd ask on the call
Here's what everyone wants to know before they hand over a set of plans. No fine print, no “depends.”
so why is the price not the final price?
Because a 4-storey corner infill and a 300-unit master plan aren't the same job. The numbers above are honest starting points for a standard view; the final quote depends on scene complexity, how much site context we model, and how many frames you bundle. You get that exact figure in writing before anyone starts rendering.
what do you actually need from me to start?
Whatever you've got — CAD, Revit, SketchUp, or a marked-up PDF. The more complete the model and the finish schedule, the faster and cheaper it goes. If all you have is a napkin sketch and a vision, we can still start; we'll just scope the modelling into the quote.
how fast can i have the first frame?
First photoreal draft typically lands around nine business days from the day we receive a usable model. Walkthroughs and VR builds run longer. If you're up against a hard launch date, tell us in the brief — we quote the delivery date up front and flag any risk to it immediately rather than at the deadline.
what if the render doesn't match the real building?
It will match — because we only render what your drawings say. No fictional views, no shrunk parking, no quietly-moved setback. We sun-study the real site, place the real materials, and keep it accurate to your plans. If the image looks that good, so will the building.
are revisions really included, or is that the upsell?
Two full rounds are written into every quote — framing, light, materials, staging. No per-tweak invoices mid-project. If a change goes beyond refining the frame into a whole new scope, we'll say so and re-quote before touching it, not after.
who owns the files when it's done?
You do. Full-resolution deliverables and usage rights hand over on final payment — print, web, sales suite, planning submission, forever. We keep a working copy on file in case you come back for another frame, but the finished assets are yours outright.
